Giorgio Armani Beauty sells products exclusively through our website and selected department stores.

Can you send samples of your products?
We are sorry but we do not have samples to send without placing an online order. However, you may wish to set up an account with us. The benefits of creating an account are:

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact Giorgio Armani Customer Service at email@example.com with the subject "Can I Change My Order?". To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, if your order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel or change it
What payment options do you accept?
Giorgio Armani accepts MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment. For your convenience, we also accept PayPal as a method of payment. Credit card & PayPal information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
In the event your order is declined, Giorgio Armani will inform you of this event and refund any monies paid.
Does the website ship products internationally?

How do I reset or change my password?
When re-setting your password visit the Log In / Register section (at the top of our home page) and click “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to your email inbox.
We recommend that you change the temporary password to a password of your own choosing the next time you login to our website.
Where can I purchase discontinued products?
Once a product is discontinued and no longer available on our website. We understand how disappointing it can be when a favourite product or shade is no longer offered.

How do I track my order?
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received.
If you want to check the status of your order, and are a registered user, please log into My Account to check the progress of your order. If you want to track the shipment of your order, use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Can I return an online purchase to a store?
Returns or exchanges for purchases made online may not be accepted for return or exchange at a Giorgio Armani Counter.

We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a Giorgio Armani retail store or partnered retail location may not be returned to giorgioarmanibeauty.com.au. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through our website, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution.
When will I receive my order?
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Australia Post. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
We do not ship outside Australia at this time.

Can I use a foreign credit card?
Consumers using foreign credit cards issued in many countries can place orders on this website provided that the Ship-To Address is in Australia.
